One of the best local's favorite Nasi Kandar
This six-year-old Deens Maju Nasi Kandar at Jalan Gurdwara is perhaps the most popular nasi kandar spot in Penang at the moment - a queue forms daily before it opens for business at 2.30pm daily. It's a rare sight to see Penangites queue under the hot sun for their food - and the fact that the queues themselves somehow shows that Deens must be doing something right.
It is so good that there are long queues of people waiting patiently to be serve. The queue is at times so long that it turns back on itself. But no worries service is fast!
Be spoiled with a wide range of curries, meat, seafood, vegetables!
